Refund policy

All sales are final unless the conditions below are met. We accept returns only within 15 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by carrier tracking). Return requests submitted after this period will not be approved.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

Order Changes & Delivery

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, custom or made-to-order products, personal care items, and any item marked “Final Sale.”

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund. Items that do not meet return conditions will be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, as required by law. All standard return conditions still apply.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. We reserve the right to deny refunds if items show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at neena@thestringcode.com.
